What file types are recommended for artwork uploads?

Be sure to convert all fonts to outlines or curves before sending the file. Please set the size of the proof in proportion to the exact size of the custom banner's order. There's no need to include bleeds in the proof, unless it is a part of the graphic. All text should be at least two inches from the edge of the banner's grommets. Acceptable formats include:

  • EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
  • JPEG (High Resolution JPEG)
  • TIFF (High Resolution TIFF) (Strongly recommended)

Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD, JPEG, TIFF files gets blurry when enlarged. Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for large prints. If submitting these files please follow these guidelines.

100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi, Please note, From Sep 2016, our prints are all upgraded, a 300 dpi file is recommended for HD output.

Vector: Line art is scalable to any size, it never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp. Vector files can be submitted in any size, in proportion to your banner's size.

CMYK Color Profile is must.

Once my reprint has been approved, can i change the artwork?
All reprints must duplicate what was originally printed.
How many colors can each banner include?
SoulDraw does not have a color limit on its custom banners, allowing you to choose as many photos or graphics as you want on your displays.
Can i change my artwork once it has been approved and is in production?
Once your artwork has been approved it will go straight to production and no changes can be made.
What is digital proof / Can i see a proof before production/paying?
Digital proof is a preview of the artwork, we will process your file to a final format what we use it for printing. By the digital proof file, you could check the color profile, size, preview effect and etc, because it is WYSWYG. Please note, Due to the Display(PC Monitor) is using RGB what is not used for printing, this is meaning the printed color won't be the color what you checked on display. For more information, please contact our customer service team.
What if the colors on the custom banner don't come out the way i expected?
Printers at SoulDraw are calibrated to print colors accurately to match the order, but in cases that they do not, we cannot be held responsible. The appearance of the thumbnail could be different on our screens and equipment compared to yours. We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to color, depth or tone. We address each of these situations on a case-by-case basis.
What printer resolution do you use?
Starting from 720 dpi to 2880 dpi, according to the order we will use the highest resolution for printing as far as possible.
Does SoulDraw give bigger discounts to commercial orders?

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once we get the approval for the artwork, our team will take 1 to 4 business days to work on the order. From there, it depends on the type of shipping, which could range between 3 to 7 business days.

Where do you ship the order to?
We ship to worldwide, but excluding North Korea, Syria, a war zone and military base.
What if my order is not delivered within the time frame?
Estimated delivery times posted on the SoulDraw' website reflect products that are already printed. And information on shipping time provided by shipping companies that we won't guarantee.
How you pack my order?
At same shipping fee, we will try to roll the material for shipping. But at default, we will fold the material for shipping if the material could be folded.
Shipping troubles?

1) You must provide the correct receipt information, if the receipt information is wrong, you need to assume all responsibilities and losses.

2) You must provide a contact number for transportation. We suggest providing a mobile phone number that can be contacted at any time.You will be responsible for all the consequences of not being able to contact you during transportation.

Even if the carrier makes an obvious mistake, you still need to bear all the responsibilities if the contents of #1 and #2 cannot be satisfied.

3) You are responsible for all the expenses that your country requires you to pay, such as consumption tax, customs duty, handling fee, etc.

4) If there is a problem with the package you receive, please do not worry, we have purchased insurance for each package.Every package is guaranteed as long as it meets the conditions.

4.1) If you receive a package with a problem, you must contact the carrier within 12 hours of receiving the package to report the problem. And send us an email about the problems and relevant evidence (photos). In the event of a timeout or insufficient evidence, you will be liable for all consequences.

What if my order is lost by your shipping carrier?
If our shipping carrier loses your order we will open an investigation on that package and issue a reprint with priority shipping. If the turnaround cannot match the original requirement, we will refund you and give you a 5% discount coupon on next order.
