RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

While we do everything in our power to make your order the epitome of perfection, sometimes things go awry. We're committed to making your experience with SoulDraw so fabulous that you'll want to come back for more and bring your friends along too.

STEP 1: LET US KNOW

If you find there is a problem with your order once it arrives, let us know immediately (within 7 business days of delivery) by email or by filling out our contact form with your order number. You can find your order number on the order confirmation email or by logging into your account on SoulDraw and viewing your "Order History".

STEP 2: THE FIX

If the mistake is something we messed up, we'll get your order reprinted and shipped out to you at no cost and within our standard production time. In some cases, we may also offer you a refund with no reprints.

Also, If you don't want reprints, we also offer you a refund.

SoulDraw, will not allow any refunds unless there is error on SoulDraw. Refund value will be less or equal to the sold price of the product excluding shipping charges. All refunds have to be approved by the Customer Service. Refunds are issued within 7 business days from its approval. SoulDraw will not be responsible for any charges by the bank or third party including but not limited to fees or interests.

DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING:

SoulDraw uses CNE as a shipping agent for all our shipping. If your order arrives damaged or lost, we'll work with CNE and in the meantime, we'll reprint and send out your new product within the standard production time.

If you receive a package with a problem, you must contact the carrier within 12 hours of receiving the package to report the problem. And send us an email about the problems and relevant evidence (photos). In the event of a timeout or insufficient evidence, you will be liable for all consequences.

EXCLUSIONS

Any issues that happen after you successfully receive the product including installation or additional modifications are not covered under our return policy.

Shipping delays, color issues and circumstances beyond our control.
